Customer Service Executive
Functional Responsibilities:
- Handling of sales and product enquiries.
- Order processing and invoicing.
- Liaise closely with freight forwarders to ensure prompt delivery, shipping and export.
- Co-ordinate with purchaser on stock availability, purchases and incoming shipments.
- Co-ordinate with warehouse staff on picking and dispatch.
- Monitor customer credit status.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum Diploma, preferably in Business or Logistics
- Working experience in customer service
- Working knowledge of SAP SD application preferred
- Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player and able to work in a fast paced environment
