Job Role:

Reporting to the Director of the Asia Pacific Shared Service Centre, this role lead and direct the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) operations which include invoices processing, payment, T&E accounting and disbursement with the objective of ensuring providing high standards of service according to SLA (Service Level Agreement) within generally accepted accounting principles and Corporate policies and procedures.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement operational plans based on SSC strategy and annual plans in order to support long-term business strategy

• Oversee transactional financial accounting activities in order to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and Corporate policies

• Direct and supervise period closing activities in order to ensure financial closing is completed in an accurate and timely manner

• Ensure compliance with international reporting standards and group valuation and accounting principles

• Manage and review the performance of the functional process team to achieve targeted performance

• Lead or support project implementation to achieve quality results

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance or other related field

• CPA, ACCA or equivalent accounting certification

• More than 8 years of working experience in finance & accounting area in a multinational corporation, including 5 years of management experience, preferably in a shared services environment

• Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards

• Proficient in MS Office and SAP R/3

• Good communications skills and ability to work well under pressure
